Handcrafted leather floors, evoking a Spanish artisanal feel, are exquisitely etched with textile designer Neisha Crosland’s playful Molly design which is inspired by a Havana floor and the rhythms of Cuban music. With its sense of drama and movement, the Molly pattern adds great character to a classic grey leather and is also available in 7 other shades including Midnight Blue, Royal Blue, Antique Tan, Saffron, Mustard Yellow, Camel, and Black. Molly is also available in cement and stencilled stone tiles.

The Leather Collection is inspired by ancient terracotta floors. English saddlery leather is cut to shape and then painstakingly hand dyed and hand finished to create a subtly antiqued patina.

Applied to a stable marine ply base, the leather tiles come in a range of natural colours; natural, tan and chocolate as well as vivid contemporary colours such as saffron and mustard. Custom colours can be produced to order. This is a highly sensual collection; the delicious feel and aroma of natural leather is visually enhanced by decorative techniques including embossing, hammering and stamping.

Designed for use on interior walls and floors, leather can be laid in variety of patterns including herringbone and Parquet de Versailles. It is also designed to work in combination with other De Ferranti collections; from metal to stone.

A collaboration with textile designer Neisha Crosland has resulted in a contemporary collection of leather tiles that are etched with her popular Molly pattern.
